Secure Paper Document Shredding
The Hub Business Solutions LLC personally handles the shredding of authorized paper documents using a designated document shredder. Documents are shredded only with the client's authorization and when eligible for destruction.
For added transparency, clients may request to observe the shredding process through a live video session, when available.
Our goal is to protect your confidential information and handle your documents responsibly from receipt through final disposition.
Electronic Document Deletion
When requested and authorized, The Hub Business Solutions LLC will delete eligible electronic files from the devices or storage locations under its control. Deletion from third-party platforms, email systems, fax services, or other external systems cannot be guaranteed unless the provider confirms removal.
Confidential Document Handling
We take reasonable steps to protect client information throughout the service process. Documents are handled only as necessary to complete the authorized service, and retention and disposal procedures are applied according to the nature of the documents and applicable requirements.
Client Authorization
Documents will not be shredded or electronic files deleted without appropriate client authorization. Clients are responsible for confirming that records are eligible for destruction and are not subject to legal, regulatory, or retention requirements.
